Where's the "disaster"?

Just a quick link to a blog I found this morning through Digg about federal government disater payments for farmers in the mid west. May not seem relevent to most people, but with the talk of using corn and soybeans for more and more products, with E-85 and ethanol being the big ones right now, people should be paying attention to what's happening.
