This article just shows how business gets around bureaucracy. I'm sure that they take the total of traffic tickets their drivers get a year, and figure out how much they have to raise prices to compensate. So the shippers get the short end of the stick, and these big cities are making out. Seems wrong to me.

A FedEx driver says of parking cops: "I know they're doing their job. But I'm doing my job, too. If we had to drive around looking for parking, we wouldn't get our job done."
